Alrighty let’s start with how to say my name… Denia is pronounced Duh-knee-ya. Now that the semantics are out of the way…….ANR3 Consulting Firm is derived from my 3 daughters’ initials. They are the legacy I’ve founded this business on.
I began this journey while serving in the Navy and honorably ending my career as the Operations Manager in the Communications Vault for the entire ship.

Overview And Experience
My passion and gift for eccentric expansion ideas has led me to successfully assist businesses across the United States. I’ve been featured in documentaries about Mental Health and spoke for The National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Club. The testimonials are also proven fact that I love what I do and care about the success of my business owners.
Starting this business has helped me maintain my self-care. Working for another company caused me to miss out on life’s memories with my family. Knowing that time is precious, and wisdom is paramount, I realized I needed to utilize my strengths for my family as well. My goal is to ensure my business owners are able to do the same for the people they love the most.
Prayerfully, you’re reading this and gaining some insight on not only how I operate, but also how genuine I am about sincerely seeing business owners take their dream to the world in an epic manner. I want to educate, motivate, and encourage them to that place successfully.

My love for assisting others began there. After graduating college with a 3.96 GPA, I realized Computer Networking was not my passion. Hence, I took my love for helping others to the Social Work field…ultimately becoming the Director of Operations for a mental health agency.
While employed there, I assisted with cohesively obtaining their Joint Commission Accreditation and OHMAS Certification. I expanded their Clientele of 8 to 150 in less than a year. I was responsible for 6 out of 8 Direct Partnerships which undoubtedly created a revenue increase of more than double.
Throughout my journey of military service and employment, I have assisted other businesses in reaching their goals. Seeing the tangible results I achieved for the mental health agency gave me the courage to take that leap of faith and begin what is now ANR3 Consulting Firm. Being an Akron, Ohio native, I learned early on nothing would come to me freely. I knew I needed to work hard and keep my focus strong. That’s why I have a high standard of integrity for my business and personal life. This is more than just a company. I am more than just a business owner.
